CDR function is unlocked on the Receiver.
It would appear that the signal of V-by-One® HS is unstable, which may have been caused by the corruption of data due to deterioration of the cable-quality-dependent signal or disturbance such as noise.
Check the waveform at the end of the Receiver to find out if the observed waveform is violating the specified EyeMask due to the influence of disturbance, etc.
