Overview
This product is under development. The THTA6482 Octal 64 GT/s PCIe 6.0 Transimpedance Amplifier (TIA) is a 32 GBaud linear receiver for NRZ / PAM4 modulation. Configuration settings are accessed with a two-wire serial interface... The linear channel is compatible with PCIe link training. . Outputs are spaced on 250 μm centers for compatibility with standard optical interfaces. The TIA measures 3600 μm x 3800 μm and is supplied in waffle packs or whole/quartered wafers. The small size, wide dynamic range, low-power and PCIe compatibility make the THTA6482 ideal for PCIe active optical cable links.
