THine Will Make Technical Presentation at Display Innovation CHINA 2017/Beijing Summit
TOKYO (September 27, 2017) – THine Electronics, Inc. (JASDAQ: 6769), the global leader in high-speed serial interface and provider of mixed-signal LSI, today announces that THine will run a booth and make a technical presentation on “New Trend of Information Transmission Technology in 8K Era” at Display Innovation CHINA 2017 *1 (“DIC2017”) held on October 16 and 17, 2017 in Beijing, China, by China Optics and Optoelectronics Manufactures Association LCB and Nikkei Business Publications, Inc.
DIC2017 aims to provide open opportunities for sharing, exchanging, and delivering information for sound and sustainable development of display industry of China and the world.
In the technical presentation at DIC2017, THine will introduce, as one of technologies for development of display industry, the next-generation high-speed interface standard “V-by-One® US”, which follows “V-by-One® HS” standard that is now used as de facto standard as interface inside 4K televisions. THine will also introduce its new repeater *2 products incorporating its own high-speed transmission technology and its repeater products roadmap as a solution to the necessity of ensuring signal integrity *3 accompanying today’s high-speed interface specifications such as USB3.1 Gen2 specification with transmission rate up to 10Gbps. In its booth, THine will exhibit panels on V-by-One® US specification and repeater new products and demonstrate repeater new products as well as showing repeater application products.
THine will continue to introduce specifications and products with its own high-speed transmission technology to wide range of industries including display industry, and contribute to development of industry and provide added-value for customers.
