About V-by-One® HS Standard
V-by-One® HS overview
-V-by-One® HS technology targets a high speed data transmission of video signals based on internal connection of equipment.
-V-by-One® HS Standard defines the specifications to develop a transmitter and receiver chip.
-THine gives the V-by-One® HS Standard Specifications and grants the license to use such specification ("License") under conditions of the V-by-One® HS License Agreement.
-All companies wishing to get the V-by-One® HS Standard specifications are required to make a license agreement with THine.
-All companies wishing to develop and/or sell the system which have V-by-One® HS technology supported devices are NOT required to make a license agreement with THine. (For system manufacturer)
-All companies wishing to develop and sell the semiconductor device and/or IP products which have the V-by-One® HS technology are required to make a license agreement with THine. Semiconductor device and/or IP products incorporating V-by-One® HS technology without license from THine infringe(s) THine's intellectual properties. THine would take a legal action against such semiconductor device and/or IP products. (For semiconductor device manufacturer and related companies)
-All companies wishing to sell the semiconductor device and/or IP products which have V-by-One® HS technology are NOT required to make a license agreement with THine. (For distributor)
