THine announces the establishment of a Korean subsidiary
TOKYO (March 1, 2010) -- THine Electronics, Inc. (JASDAQ: 6769, “THine”), the global leader in high-speed serial interface and provider of mixed-signal LSI, today announces the establishment of Korean subsidiary in order to achieve its Business Strategy, “TACK123.”
1. Purpose of establishing the subsidiary
THine Electronics has started its new Business Strategy “TACK123” since this fiscal year, targeting business expansion in Asia, including Korean markets. In order to achieve the goal of “TACK123,” THine has decided to establish the Korean subsidiary, THine Electronics Korea, Inc. with the purpose to enhance Asian business capabilities as well as Taiwan subsidiary.

(2) Representative: Fumitaka Nishikawa
(3) Head office location: Seoul, Korea
(4) Establishment date: March 10th, 2010 (Scheduled)

THine Electronics has started its new Business Strategy “TACK123” toward 2012 since this fiscal year.
